Carrie did a great job selling our home. She has a robust marketing plan. She is well-versed in staging a home properly and knows the best way to photograph the home. We were with another realtor for two months, with little progress and only a handful of showings. Within 1 week, she had our home sold! She is very good at negotiating and works hard to protect her client and gets the best deal possible. Carrie and her husband Steve are a pleasure to work with. Carrie is the premier real estate agent in Maple Grove and the surrounding area. I would highly recommend her!

The Team of Carrie and Steve Schmitz is Phenomenal!!!!!First of all, I feel they are the best in the realty field. Extremely knowledgeable from beginning to end. Expert staging of our home.
