Carrie is an all around great realtor. Her market research was thorough and comforting to me. Her experience was on clear display when she told us how she would market our home. It sold exactly as she planned with a solid offer within just a few days. During the closing process the anticipation and professionalism by Carrie and her team was exemplary. Carrie did a great job selling our home. She has a robust marketing plan. She is well-versed in staging a home properly and knows the best way to photograph the home. We were with another realtor for two months, with little progress and only a handful of showings. Within 1 week, she had our home sold! She is very good at negotiating and works hard to protect her client and gets the best deal possible. Carrie and her husband Steve are a pleasure to work with. Carrie is the premier real estate agent in Maple Grove and the surrounding area. I would highly recommend her!

This is the second time that we’ve worked with Steve in buying a house and first time working with Carrie to sell. Like the first time we had a great experience buying our house. Carrie did a great job in walking us through the selling process and the staging was amazing. We had our house sold in less than a week! They were personable, honest, professional, responsive, and made the house buying and selling process easy and as stress free as possible. The Team of Carrie and Steve Schmitz is Phenomenal!!!!!First of all, I feel they are the best in the realty field. Extremely knowledgeable from beginning to end. Expert staging of our home. Outdoor drone photography and video plus the sharpest photographs around. They sold our current home in 15 days, plus sold our previous home a few days before Thanksgiving. Absolutely awesome!!!
